Case Studies

The Brand - (Phone Cases)

We were approached in 2019 and tasked with developing a range of mobile phone cases and screen protectors on behalf of a reputable UK distributor, to be sold under their brand.

When creating the range, we sourced cases that featured popular, up-to-the-minute designs that combined great quality with an affordable price point - perfect to appeal to a wide demographic of potential customers. For the packaging, we went with a completely bespoke design that looked and felt premium while remaining environmentally friendly.

We launched the range on schedule in September 2019, even with the odds stacked against us thanks to the production and shipping issues affecting China at the time thanks to COVID.

The range is now in its third year, and we continue to manage it; selecting products to add or remove at each range review, as well as overseeing the production process, QC, QA, and all compliance testing.

Norris Nuts - (Influencer)

Norris Nuts is a large YouTube channel with more than 2.48M followers, and we were approached to create a range of branded, licensed merchandise to appeal to their fanbase.

Their fans fall predominantly into a young demographic; primarily children aged 8-14 years old. Working closely with the founder of the company, we created a range of pencil cases, drinking bottles, headphones, key chains, and necklaces (with Swarovski crystals). Each product was bespoke and included Norris Nuts branding, as did the packaging itself.

The Brand : Dawn Till Dusk

In 2019, we have approached to source a make-up gifting set for a UK company. This required the collation of a variety of products, all of which needed individual testing and registration for the UK/Europe targeted market.

The make-up cases featured a range of different products, such as eyeshadow and lip gloss, with a variety of consistencies and distinct testing requirements. The process involved acquiring the relevant MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for each product, then arranging CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) documentation, which involved analysing and testing the ingredients to ensure that each product was safe to place on the market for sale, before finally registering on the OPSS (Office for Product Safety and Standards) and CPNP (Cosmetic Product Notification Portal).

The Dawn till Dusk range is available online and in-store. We are now working on expanding this range for 2022, adding a variety of products to the existing range.
